    well, I've installed what you've linked, and steam says everything is up to date. Still having this issue. Is there somewhere i could manually install the maps for dayz? I'm starting to regret spending $30 on this headache >.>

    Thank you for the quick reply. I've got the game(s) from steam. whenever i try and join some servers I get this(with a red X) Current version, 1.62 REquired 1.62.99515. This is driving me insane.

    Hello everyone. I just bought Arma2 and Arma2 OA. I was looking forward to trying dayz for the first time, as i hear amazing things about it. I downloaded dayz, I've even been using dayz commander. But everytime i try and connect to a server i get this, " You cannot play/edit this mission, it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted .chernarus" anyhelp you guys have throw my way would be very appreciated.
