Arma 2 is extremely CPU intensive, and you will always experience lag with a CPU @ 2.4 Ghz. Google some adjustments for your settings to try and take the strain away from the CPU.

Yes, update then do the beta. You find the beta patch within your Arma 2 OA files. Just search for it.

Not sure if bad troll or actually confused, so I will say this anyways. There is not one DayZ server. There are many. You need to speak to the server admin if you wish to be unbanned from the server, however if you were global banned you will need to speak to BattleEye directly.

Havent played in a while, but from what I remember, the save tent option is just a precautionary measure before restarts. If you wish to PICK UP a tent, and put it back in your inventory, you need to "pack tent". This will put the tent back on the ground in its package and you can get it again and move it.

Try doing that. It almost always gives a false reading. It is almost always lower in game. If you are constantly getting wrong signature, verify your cache.

There is a setting to close DayZCommander after launch, or you can do it manually. Have you tried this? DayZCommander is known to up your ping sometimes.

Before the mods get in here and rip you to shreds, 1. Need the specs, HP Pavilion doesnt tell us anything. 2. To play this mod, you need Arma 2 and Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead. Both of which are available on Steam as Arma 2: Combine Ops. After you have bought/installed these, go to http://www.dayzcommander.com/ and download that. That application will let you EASILY get all the DayZ mods and Arma betas.
