Hi juansolo, If you get onto our teamspeak at ts.tmwdayz.com, there should be a medic to help you out. Otherwise I suggest you make your way to the swamp between Komarovo and Balota in order to hydrate yourself. But only if you'll not starve on the way. Try not to sprint as this depletes your food and water values more quickly.

Try this. Launch ArmA 2 OA manually. Enable the desired mod in the expansions menu. Let the game relaunch. Find a server with the desired mod in the ArmA server browser. Join.

Open you steam library. Click: ADD A GAME > Activate a Product on Steam Enter your CD keys. Now you have the steam version.
