  1. Hello Dayz community! Im just curiious on why I get between 8-15 fps on my i3 2120, nvidia 550 ti, 8gb of ram system in Takistan. I mean I get like 25 fps to 60fps jumping up and down in Breaking Point in Dayz. But when I start playing Takistan Life Rev I don't why just an issue like this is happening to me.
  2. Hey guys just had a simple question if my computer specs is good enough to play DayZ w/o the crazy frame droppage I've always experienced from Day 1 of playing. Computer specs: i3-2120 dual core 3.3 ghz 8gb Ram Colorful Nvidia Geforce Gtx 550 ti 1gb of video memory Ok so there are so many ways to approach this problem, but the thing is do I at least need a quad-core and up to play this? I've tried everything, well almost everything to tweak Arma 2's settings so I can play DayZ smoothly. I've tried the following: 1.)Going under Arma 2 files and changed the gpu_frames ahead to 1, PPAA to 1, PPAA_level to 1, and Atoc to 6 2.)Updating my driver 3.)Using ramdisk virtual ssd drive 4.)Forcing directx9 option in Dayzcommander 5.)Under task manager set Arma 2's priority to high So guys if you guys think I need a quad core processor to play dayz smoothly or if there is another way to tweak the settings so I can enjoy DayZ, if you can reply that'll be much appreciated!
  3. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=125630612 <---- I took my in-game video settings snapshot through steam. Oh and yeah I hear the Arma 2 engine is quite old, now sure how old but Im sure there are problems with the game's engine itself along with zombies spawing causing huge frames to drop. I get like 60fps then drops to like 15 in city at times. Never steady :(
