I got it working, solution at the top post.

So now, if I delete the dayz folder in my documents, it does not work unless I remove my dayz folder in app data. But if I change my settings it is still not working.

I found a fix for it. Just delete your dayz folder in appdata, and also your dayz folder at your documents. Nerver Mind
