Hello, I have an Mk 48 Mod 0 with 5 M240 belts, I'd like to trade with someone for a DMR, some magazines and NVG's or any other item of interest. Any takers?

I quite like this idea. Although, instead of using whisper, vicinity and shout, maybe you could manually change the chat radius by scrolling the mouse wheel. The distance you can hear a player, i'm pretty sure anyway is up to 40m. When you hold caps lock to chat, you scroll up and down from 1m to 40m voice radius chat. I could imagine it would be annoying for those who like to double tap it on long term so it needs work. I'm jealous you posted this before me, Daemonkid, it's a good idea; i really hate it when I'm chatting with someone in the elektro school and some guy is probably hearing us in the supermarket.

NW air field is great for high tier gear and then, like Allie said, you can hit up towns south of the air field like Zelenegorsk for their supermarkets. The best thing about these towns is that they're reasonably close together and unpopular. The only real drawback of having a route up NW chernarus is that medical supplies a scarce.

Someone else probably said it but maybe you should use a private hive for one group of friends and the official (or another private server) for your other friends.

Welcome to the forums. I don't know about this system of infection, it seems the same as hunger and thirst, but more scarce and difficult to care for. Overall, I think some players may find it inconvenient to have. Although I do like the idea of the player getting infected, edsim. maybe zombies have a small chance of infecting you and you have to consume some sort of substance to cure yourself or you'll turn into a zombie (with all your gear for another player to kill you for) but even then it may be awkward to integrate into the game.

Ahhh the lucky nights. Best night i've had yet was encountering 3 crashed helicopters within a few km's from each other with a friend.

I guess the devs did it to simulate rifle sway.

Just to clarify, are you still getting uncomfortable mouse acceleration even after turn smoothing off? You can get rid of head bobbing and smoothing in the "controls" section of the menu.

I wanted to be cooperative; although, morality really wears down after dieing a few times from randoms. I used to kill anyone on site for my own safety until i shot a guy in Stary and he pleaded to me not to kill him while unconcious. i apologised and tried to bandage him up but too many Zeds came from the gunshots. I think i might start avoiding people from now on unless they have rags on their heads.
