    ok... so I was shot down from my plane and crashed. I did not die(I don't think) because there is the passed out hourglass symbol in the middle of my screen. When i wait for it to run out (and even about 10 minutes after) nothing happens. I cant even open up the game menu with ESC or chat... I understand you cannot just make a new character by giving it a new name, but is there any way to kill/create a fresh character NOT by in game? Thank you SO much for any help anyone can give me.
