  1. My apologies, I figured the same but was not so sure considering most tutorials I found did not help. Thank you though for the fast reply, I can prepare myself now for some slashes from others. Sorry everyone! Mods, if you feel the need to close this thread feel more than free.
  2. I thought I would post this tutorial since no others other has actually helped me out. Here is my Steam to prove I only have Operation Arrowhead: http://i.imgur.com/7H5n7.png 1- Run your Operation Arrowhead to make sure everything is working fine and quit. 2- Download the Six Launcher from the download page. (http://dayzmod.com/?Download) 3- Download Arma 2 Free from the official Arma 2 website. (http://www.arma2.com/free) 4- Run the Arma 2 installer and setup your directory (dir) of installation to the following: 32-bit: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2 64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 2 Keep in mind that once you update the dir it will add a new directory to it, backspace it to look like the following: http://i.imgur.com/098lh.png 5- After installation you should be done and ready to update and and download DayZ trough Play withSIX. No need to update directories or run it with any special arguments. If this has been posted before my apologies, I could not get it working with any tutorials and finally fixed everything alone. Could not be happier!
