Thanks for the replies! I guess I wouldn't mind toning it down to 1600×900 or so. rocketa, it's true; it is quite a bit of money for taking a risk that it will be OK. I'm gunna have to think about this a bit more. Would be good to hear other people's reports who have similar spec machines.

That's unfortunate. I'm not really in the position to get a new computer any time soon, so it seems like I will have to give this mod a miss for now if it really will be that bad.

Hi guys. Back in the day my PC was good and play the latest games (quite a few years ago now). I haven't bought a new game in a while, so I'm not sure how it's going to handle these new graphics. The game looks really nice on youtube videos I see, but I'm worried that it will run terrible for me. I'd love to get some opinions! Spec: OS: Win 7 CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz (Dual Core) Memory: 4GB Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX My display is 2048 * 1152 which I'd ideally like to play in, but I guess I could play it with less if it will be too terrible.
