you're confusing the czech backpack and the czech vest pouch. the backpack is bigger then a coyote patrolpack and the vest pouch is smaller.It are the small things wich make the difference ;)

Ive never seen a Steel bolt splinter by hitting its target. If the bolt would be wood, carbonfibre, plastic, etc then it could splinter in/on the target
