So the good communities with good admins have to suffer due to some admins taking advantage of a server they pay for? Makes no sense to me. If you don't like a server don't play there. I think a server owner should have full rights to everything. It makes for better servers for the community as a whole. Look at the DayZRP community.

Can we get a sawed off vesion of this as well? Mares Leg anyone?

Can't wait for private hives. I think they would get better test results and bug feedback if they did have that as well as white listing options. I guarantee you if such a server was granted for the DayZRP community they could find way more bugs and probable fixes than just a bunch of COD kiddies running around shooting everything in sight and never reporting anything just exploiting whatever they can just to get a cheap kill.

This x 100 I thought BiS was going to turn over the Mod to the community once Standalone came out. Now we have to wait for them to find time to give a green light for a mod that no longer matters to them. Please just release so the community can continue to thrive. Or at the very least give the option to release and call it a beta patch and then call it official once it is green lighted.

Im sure this has been brought up before but, why not just change the name of this gun to the 1887 and leave it alone. they look similar so it would just make all the confusion go away. That way they can just make all shotgun shells universal and you can combine all of them. It would make more sense to me seeing as how there are 12 gauge shells laying everywhere which is true as it is probably the most common ammo in the world. Just my opinion and would make thing alot easier and more realistic. I also understand it would hold a different amount of shells than 15 which is fine by me.

I was under the understanding that the community was to take over the Mod and Rocket would only be working on the Stand Alone. So now we have to wait for him to approve the community patches? I am confused since it seems the Mod will be put on the far back burner since it has already peaked and sales I'm sure have went down for Combined Operations. I am willing to be patient up to a point. I just don't wanna be left behind.

The deck of cards could be in the tool belt slot lol or perhaps you would have to merge several decks to have a complete deck or you could have a stacked deck and really screw people over.

I like the idea but it would need twisting. I think the idea of a form of currency however would be a bad thing. Instead use loot and items for the prizes such as a wager system perhaps. These things could even evolve into much bigger things. Instead of clans having a shoot out and lots dying pick you best 2 for a game or a poker setup. Like I said its a great idea but would need some attention to detail and some dev love to make it really immersive and shine. You have my beans sir!

This was posted in another topic figured I would put it here as well. Rocket - The main reason I posted that was because I am literally being swamped with requests for updates. I'm currently transiting from Europe to New Zealand, and anyone who has done that flight knows it's a total pain no matter how you fly. You could be in a Learjet and you're still going to get jet-lagged like crazy. Ideally the best way would be for me to just discuss everything casually on places like here, but there appears to be quite a bit of anticipation so I suppose outlining the plans and all the dates needs to be done carefully this time so the information is put out there right and not misquoted... I still recall the time I came back from Eurogamer and one news website reported that I said DayZ would be free-to-play... so then all the others say that too...
