All desync issues at full capacity is now fixed

AI prison at Novy Lug made harder! But majorly increased loot spawns!

Few tweeks to the building snapping, more objects able to snap together!

Auto-refuel script has been fixed. Refueling at all stations (including the custom ones!) should be fine now with the portable generator!
