I'm beginning to think it has already happened and we are surrounded by forum zombies posting the same jokes over and over. Oh the horror.

Just an update... Nameplates have been removed and the game difficulty changed from regular to veteran.

Check out my server post, we backup every 15 mins and any hacker encounters can be quickly rolled back. I think you will find most private servers are similar now really in terms of backups, its the only defence left!

Ah great ty for letting me know, got a few friends who are waiting for the standalone due to cost, this may convince them to jump over early :)

Ah forgot to mention that! Hey! DayZSurvival.co.uk is looking for more UK based gamers to play DayZ. We run our own private server for the DayZ mod but we have formed up for the standalone game mainly. Our main aim is to create a group of like minded DayZ players to give everyone somebody else to play with and the support of the community as a whole. Currently there are around 6-7 of us who play most nights from 6pm-11pm UK time, we have our own Teamspeak server as well. If you are looking for a UK group to join then make sure you drop by!

We have added more vehicle spawns + some additional vehicles to the server this week.
