  1. Apocalypse RP | NO KoS | Whitelist | RolePlaying | Custom mod Apocalypse RP is a DayZ RolePlaying community, with a highly customized mod to make it perfect for RolePlaying. Our community consists of mature and decent people, and we'll welcome anyone with open arms. Features (details are further down this post): - New player starter skins; - New cars; - New variations of the vanilla cars; - Loot table rewritten from scratch; - Over 80 weapon types; - RP items in the loot table (some useable); - Revamped towns, cities and the map in general; - Perma camps; - NPC "cleaning" patrols; - Crafting and cooking; - JSRS set as optional; - No KoS; - Active admins; - Awesome events; - Dynamic loot spawns (spawns on shelves, under beds, in wrecks, etc); - Shootable streetlights; - New immersive Zombie sounds; - Advertise (RP) business on actual ingame billboards; - Weapon and item progression; Our main priority has been increasing variations all over. You can come across 80+ weapons, a huge variety of vehicles, and new custom RP items such as cigarettes or vodka. We believe this will result in increased trading and interaction between players, and it offers a wide range of RP opportunities. But don't get it wrong, we also had the lone-wolf in mind. To increase the experience of average gameplay, we've rewritten the loot-table. You'll really feel the presence of the infected, you'll feel the absence of food, and you'll really push your limits far beyond what you are used to. Crafting - On Apocalypse RP you can craft different things. You can craft and cook different hot meals, or craft arrows and quivers. NPC Cleaning Groups - Patrols of anti-infection cleaning squads are spread around the map. These are hostile to any survivor, and one should keep a distance. Vehicles - We've added a lot of new custom cars, such as new trucks, new pickups and a Survivor Humvee. We've also retextured and recolored many of the existing cars, to make them more unique and personal for the owners. That good old GAZ might just be interesting after all! Weapons - For the weapon freaks out there, chances are you'll find your favorite weapon with our mod. We have as many as 65 types of weapons laying around all over the map. Custom areas - To spice up the map, we removed all the the randomly generated overlapping debris that was in the DayZ mod to begin with, and added new interesting areas to scavenge. Permanent camps - We also offer permanent camps here at Apocalypse RP. We won't to go into detail right here, but it basically means that you can build a camp that will be implemented directly to the map - and you can make it pretty cozy! ARP Mod v.1.2 RELEASED ARP mod v1.2 will introduce you to a much more realistic world, where you actually have to strive to achieve end game gear and items. The loot is rewritten and coded so that you have to look for items in, on or under furnitures such as closets, shelves, tables etc. Lots of new items has been added, along with use effects for some of them. You can for example use cigarettes and matches to cauterize wounds, and smoke weed to kill your pains. The mod opens for a better world both for teamwork and for the lonewolfs. You can for example cook different kinds of food which gives you more blood, and craft arrows and quivers from ingame materials. CHANGELOG: VEHICLES [ADDED] About 10 new vehicles [MODIFIED] Rebalanced ALL the vehicles in the mod (a wiki of some sort will be added soon) [MODIFIED] Changed factions for all the vehicles to be equally targeted by the cleaner patrols ITEMS [ADDED] 24 new weapons [ADDED] A lot of new trash and RP items [ADDED] Uses for some of the RP items [FIXED] Damage for some weapons LOOT [ADDED] Different types of loot for different buildings (such as 3 different tiers of military buildings and their loot classes) [MODIFIED] Loot rewritten from scratch (again) [MODIFIED] Loot spawn points (something you'll rather have to see) SKINS [ADDED] A few more lootable skins [ADDED] Over 10 male starter skins and 5 starter female skins [MODIFIED] Camo skins and ghillie suits decrease detection from cleaner patrols MAP [ADDED] Streetlights around Chernarus; their lightbulbs can be shot [MODIFIED] There are only a few fuel tanks on the map now [MODIFIED] There is only 1 hospital on the map now [MODIFIED] Skalisty island redone from scratch as well [MODIFIED] Chernogorsk suffered major changes [MODIFIED] Airfields look less militarized [MODIFIED] A lot of small changes; ZOMBIES [MODIFIED] Slightly decreased speed [MODIFIED] Increased chance of infection [MODIFIED] Lowered damage MISC [ADDED] New zombie sounds [ADDED] Business advertising through billboards [ADDED] Frying pan - required to cook meat [ADDED] First aid kit - required to be able to give blood transfusions [ADDED] Cauterize wounds - (kinda like the equivalent of bandaging with a twist) with cigarettes and a box of matches [ADDED] Smoke weed - Used as painkillers [ADDED] Vodka - fills your thirst meter and warms you up [MODIFIED] Several trash items made throwable CRAFTING [ADDED] Cooking: you can cook 6 different types of warm meals which warm you up and fill your blood by 2500 to 3500, thus making life easier for lone wolves; cooking is triggered by right clicking the cookbook in your inventory [ADDED] Crafting: you can craft arrows and quivers; crafting is triggered by right clicking your knife in your inventory WebsiteFacebook Steam Group

  3. We've had mostly good feedback on our NPC's. They add a new experience to the gameplay, and makes you more cautious:)
