    @DoomStorm484: I had the same issue and running STEAM with administrator rights fixed it for me. @Hex: If you didn't download it from STEAM then something is corrupt. In STEAM , right-click Arma2 OA and select properties, and under local files click "Verify integrity of game cache..."
