I have had no trouble finding weapons. And I've punched many zombies to death, just knock them out and keep punching their head.

I don't kill people unless they're a threat to me, which is pretty often. If in doubt, shoot.

I don't think a ballistics helmet should stop a 7.62x51 round... x39 maybe and 5.56 but not 7.62x51. and yes I agree, they should have shock protection.

There is nothing wrong with bandits, I don`t get all the hate towards them. They`re part of the game, it would be boring without pvp.

1: Stop backpacks from destroying things . 2: Zombies better pathing, run straighter and normal speed, but able to run in buildings. It`s annoying how hard they are to get headshots on, they move much too erratically. 3: Better balance for pistol. (shoot five 9 mils in someone`s chest, they run away. WTF)

eB, I know that they spawn on the floor not in the boxes. I`m glad to hear that they are becoming more common, even if the infection chance goes up. I`ll just hoard 3-4 in my backpack :)

I have looted 3 hospitals and 4 medical tents in my short time playing DayZ, and not once have I found antibiotics. I have been sick twice, first from a wound, then from being cold (I didn`t know I was until I started coughing). I get quite pissed of when I risk my life going into Cherno and don`t find any after an hour of proning through the city. To cut this a bit short, I think antibiotics should be more common, and in the medical boxes in the hospitals. It should be quite easy to do in the next patch if everyone shares the same opinion?

To answer the question, NO. I would love it. I live in Australia, and right now there is no first person servers at all. You do have a smaller FOV in fp, but seriously, you can still turn your head around independently, and scan an area as you would in real life. The way I see it, third person is something that everyone could live without. The issue of being able to see around corners and over walls destroys realism in cqb fights, and is a lot bigger issue to smaller FOV. Another example is that you can scan the area while you are in long grass and prone. So I agree with the other guy, make it so 3rd p you can`t see any players at least. DayZ is a hardcore survival game, for players that want 'easy mode' and unrealism, there is games like Call of Duty...

6 other people in the server, spawned in Navy Sobor. Went into a barn, met a guy with an m4. He was friendly, and I got a cz550. The moment I walked out of the barn though, I got headshotted. I don`t think it was the m4 guy because it didn`t sound like it. Anyway, I hope the guy that killed me enjoys his CZ and my can of sardines! I just wanted to tell someone lol, I am disappointing though as I like spawning in Sobor and I like the cZ :(.

I`ll tell you what happened to me. I was playing on a server in dayZ, and I found an mp5 and silenced m9 in a tent, both with heaps of ammo. Then, what do you know, 30 second later everyone on it spawned in the middle of the ocean. So I went on another server, and as soon as I found some good gear, everyone spawned in military base with DMRs and silenced m9s. Well, obviously I was pissed of by that, so I named my new character "Death by Hax". Next time I was playing, a guy spawned on me, said he was a hacker and was coming to kill me. Well, it turned out he was a 'good hacker', and spawned a crate with every item in the game. Unfortunately, the crate landed on me, and I died. So I then re spawned back at the crate, and I was able to get all the gear I wanted. But then, one of his mates spawned a bus on the crate, so I was wedged under it, and forced to spawn again. So, eventually I got all the stuff and a jeep. 30 minutes later I encountered a guy in a house, shot a full m9 magazine at him, headshotted him with a DMR, then he turned around and shot me. So that is a typical day for me in DayZ.
