You're describing a "noob". From what I've read a Bambi is someone who is new, don't know how to play proper. Noob = simply someone who suck even if they know what to do. And probably hide because they suck and want pvp removed because they of that reason, they suck Bambi = Someone new knowing zero about anything, I consider myself a Bambi in that matter. Haven't killed anyone so far, I don't go around looking to kill people, I avoid it and yes I'll probably go hide. Not because I suck because I choose too. I like the pvp aspect, it gives a reason to be careful. :)

Your ram is fine, your Graphic card is outdated though. It's a GTS which is a standard card for a computer that's not built for gaming. You could get a much better card today around 130 dollar/90 euro that will be huge for you. Then you can start thinking about ram. EDIT: I didn't watch your file you linked as well, but I'm guessing you are running Vista 32bit, which can't hold more than 2gb ram. Keep that in mind, so I suggest you atleast go up to a i5 cpu with around 3.3 ghz, it's cheap and enough. But if money is not an object than go hard on i7, update to Windows 8 64bit and run 8gb ram, you dont need more at the moment and a graphic card that is good enough to hold for atleast 2 more years.

Do they exists or is that just something people say to trick me? All I can see are private servers and this site that is told to me the official site for the mod/upcoming game doesn't announce their publc servers so I'm very confused right now. I've been invited to play on one but I'm not given an IP to that server. Makes me think they simply don't exists. I've searched for some sort of guidance, have found zero answers, just words "There are public servers!" You might as well tell me "There is a God!", I believe it when I see it. So could someone maybe give me an IP to this mystical public server(s) that I'm hearing about or should I just stay on my private server and giggle to these people that believe in public servers? :P I think it's very strange though that this site have nothing what so ever guidance to get on to those servers. Even the Church have guidance to God, only that road will not lead you anywhere but believing in something that simply do not exists. What is this madness? :o

Only problem with M240 is how loud it is, it attract alot of zombies and each ammo box take 2 slots. Atleast that's what I've noticed when I shot one Zombie and was surrounded by a few of his fellas. M4A3 CCO is also a very nice rifle, two shots into a Zombie and if you are into killing other players, use full automatic and that player is going down pretty quick. And also that rifle sound is lovely to listen too. M249 is also a nice weapon, high rate of fire, but loud but promised to cut a player or zombie in half(figurally speaking). Ammo belt also take 2 slots but you have 200 rounds in it, so technically it's better.

Okay so hi, I am Snilex/Supra. I'm 26 years old, from Sweden and looking for a partner to play with. This post might sound harsh and some might find it ignorant but I'm very strict with people I play with and since I'm looking for someone I am able to be picky. I'm sorry if some are aggravated by it, words I write tend to do that without meaning too. Hoping you will understand. So to it. I'm looking for someone around my age who like to chill out while playing, looking for weapons, food, tents, ammo, maybe kill one or two zombies on the way to train the aim. Not someone trigger happy that aggro all zombies and laugh and run around like a headless chicken. I like to be serious and mature when I play and expect you to be the same. Maybe we could try find a few tents and gather some stuff and then start trade business or such. When it comes to bandits, I play on a very low populated server, it's seriously low pop, I like it that way, it gives me the sadisfaction of doing what I wanna do safely without much worry about getting shot by someone. I'm not into killing other players, if a situation where I'm fired upon, I'll try to avoid it, get away from it and if I can't I'll shoot back. So so summarise it all in what I'm looking to play with. Adult and mature Chilled and not stressed Like scavenging weapons and food and what not. Using skype Not a bandit Trustworthy(This will be hard) EDIT: I play on a privte Norwegian server, hoping you can join that server. Send me a message why we should play togather. I'll judge by your message if you are a competent person to play with. How do I get this monitor to show? I see it in all DayZ videos, and I saw someone showing how to get it up. But I can't get it up, could anyone give me an answer to why I'm not able to have it shown? I've tried searching but didn't find anything. Regards

Amen to that. I've seen a few people myself on a US server that I used to play on until some Zombies got me after my ammo was out at the NW Airfield. Never opened fire at anyone, it's not my deal. To me, DayZ is not just about killing other players, it's about survival, and I love it. I wouldn't open fire at anyone unless they fire at me first and if I can't get away from the situation. I'm a loner in the game and I've just found NVG's so it's perfect for me on the server I play on to play early in the morning when it's pitch black on that server and the server doesn't have many players on it which is perfect for me. I can scavenge NW Airfield safely besides the zombies that are easy handled. So if you wanna play with someone on a server with not many people on it, send me a message and we could try to make a camp and do what is fun. I'm up north most of the time, haven't seen any player up there on my server so far so got alot of heli crash sites to scavage, found 5 of them this morning while gathering some food. Even though you can't really trust someone in the game. I still gonna say it, I'm friendly, and old enough to know that detroying someones hardworked character in a second is not fun. So through me a message if you are up for some scavenge playing. I'm Swedish by the way.
