server hopping ruins the point of the game... things aren't supposed to be easy... something needs to be done about the lack of spawn point variety & server hopping, above anything else... zombies included server hopping right now just makes everything seem even more scarce then they actually are. People are just exacerbating the problem. Just took a trip to the NE airfield, watched it from the northern hill making sure it was clear, made my sneaky approach, noticed some idiot in the window of the police station/barrack wearing a yellow raincoat spawn in, so I have my gun up as soon as I go in the building, he's at the top of the stairs waiting for me -- I win. He's dead midway down the stairs. I grab his rifle (decked out in MOE parts) and the ammo box he was carrying (it becomes apparent he was server hopping when I open it and find close to 400 rounds.) Just as I get to the top of stairs, I hear someone walking behind me (im guessing out the cell below) we see each other and I move back from the stairs a little and ready my weapon. Sure enough he comes up with his m4 raised -- and once again, there's a gunfight. I win again, but not before taking a bullet, so i crouch next to one of the beds and bandage myself, then pull out the m4, deciding to get the hell out of there while I could, and as im going down the stairs, another person walks out from the jail cells, luckily I was expecting this by now. He sees me out of his periph. (or possibly the mound of dead players) and starts to turn with his weapon raised and sure enough, for a third time in the span of 5 minutes, i get into a gunfight, which I win after a short exchange. Then I ran like a little girl the hell out of there, through a hole in the fence, south towards the tree line to recuperate. Moral of the story is I'm not going anywhere near the NE airfield until hopping is dealt with in some fashion, lmao.

Just realized this is the same douchenozel that claims server hopping during firefights is a legitimate strategy and not an exploit... Yeah, I can see him doing this... then bragging about it like a tool.

250+ hours on chiv... if you think spamming will get you anywhere, you haven't played against a skilled player. Chivalry hands down has the best melee system... albeit terrible developers

Somebody thought it was a good idea to try and hold me up (i only had a wrench), and after a short chase culminating in a 5 minute game of ring around the rosey at a bus stop in berezino, he turned and fired on a zombie we aggro'd and I ran up and circle strafed him -- all the while wondering why he hadn't shot as i'm bashing his brains in. He goes down on the ground and I pull his revolver off his person, equip it and attempt to finish what he started... ...Only it goes *click click click* and i rush to empty out the rounds in the gun ( 2 pristine) and load 6 of the 24 (pristine) rounds I was carrying, thinking that must be the problem; but again -- *click click click* So I grabbed the axe off his body and finished him with that, went about my business, then decided to find a new server to see if the revolver issue was desync related as i suspected. I log back in, empty and reload the gun and: *click click click* I apparently broke this A-holes gun before he could get a shot off... :thumbsup: :lol: wrench > revolver

Haha this guy had it up and ready to fire (and it did fire, IE when he killed the zombie.) I think I hit it while trying to clock him in the head. Found another one, dumped the ammo out of the previous and it worked fine. They're just missing status signs I think.

accuracy on everything right now is complete dog shit. Whoever is in charge of these simple numbers needs to be fired. Wait til you try and the revolver... and miss your target by a couple of FEET. Ridiculous. increased deviation is less noticeable on the longer range stuff, but is dreadfully apparent on pistols.

lol, the iron sights were sighted with the bayonet attached from the factory because the Russians were heavy into bayonets and believed they should always be on. Nothing to do with zeroing on a new optic though. Would make sense for the iron sights, though.

God damn eunic, server hopping, geared to the teeth, turd buckets at all the air fields trying to cherry pick gear. 3 hours in the same server as a fresh spawn getting geared, making my way up the coast from solichny (server only had 7-10 people). I finally got to the NE airfield, make sure it's clear. It is. Zombies still there in tact. Loot there, all in tact. All doors closed. 15 seconds into looting the top of the ACT, after just finding the magnum, and making room in my inventory, I hear the spine curdling sound of a mag dump of an m4 right next to me (in true scrub panic "what's a burst?" fashion) along the sound of rounds hitting the glass in the tower. Worst part is, after a full 30 rounds (96% of which missed) I only lost consciousness with a broken leg when all was said and done. I mean... I was dropping things out of my inventory... my gun on my back... sitting still AND you miss 26+ times? I can take death to bugs, to wipes, to actual player confrontation/betrayal and even camping snipers. Not so much to ball devoid f***gots trying to gear up as quick as possible while in the process making the whole fucking point of the game null and void -- So before he looted my pinata like body, oblivious to fact I wasn't actually dead, I "combat" logged (yup -- lesser of two evils). Good thing I ate/shoved every single worthwhile piece of gear there into my person; only hope the next server he's forced to hop to has someone pointing a mosin up his ass. <_< Me upon turning around to a space/time bending face full of m4 (for reenactment purposes): Next time I log in, someone is going to win the mother load in the form of a near death fully geared cripple.

Read He(she?) server hopped next me in the air control tower at the NE airfield (apparently they knew enough to not have their primary equiped, as it replays mag change sound on logging in as loud as eating drinking) being that I wasn't going to let this tool have all my gear he just cheated me out of, I logged. When I log back in it, it will be on a full server so someone will find my body and hopefully put me out of my misery (and loot my body) No way I was rewarding this scumbag for exploiting mechanics. Better to make sure someone legitimately looting the building finds it, don't you agree?

It's to show how the FOV effects scopes. He's standing in the same exact spot while taking these sets of screen shots. Basically, the lowest FOV gives a crazy range advantage to scopes, essentially magnifying them even further. Definitely bugged atm.

BF4 was and is being optimized heavily for AMD and the mantle release... poor choice of comparison as the game is ass backwards... it's terribly optimized for intel for mysterious reasons in comparison to amd. Most of the launch issues and crashes were happening with i5 and i7 users from the last couple 2-3 cycles... I mean, that game is such a mess, EA is being sued by their shareholders for pushing it out the door and selling stock before hand, knowing it was going to be a dud.
