I tried to search for it but I found no useful advice. I spawned in debug forest. I logged out and logged back into the server four times, restarted my game four times, tried numerous servers but I'm stuck here. How do I get out?

I have an ATV and I have two full Jerry Cans but no option to refuel and I can't find where or how to fill online or anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

It's probably impossible unless you join a brand new server because almost every vehicle has already been found and saved by players who than take them off the map and hide them in really far away obscure areas. You'll probably never see one.
