I would love to buy the second Tee! If you could (@dev team), please make them available for purchase internationally so us NZ'ers can support our boy! There's too many great Tees that are sold in the US only.

^Given the new implementation of temperature; I'm inclined to say that Emma Stone would warm me up a LOT quicker than Twinkies.

If we are referencing Zombieland then I'd definitely rather an Emma Stone companion instead of the upcoming dogs feature. Have her running round all sexy, shoot zombies with you.

I'm not home yet, so can't test this new feature, but I want to know; if you just light a fire in the running and sit next to it, will it keep your temperature normal? Does being indoors increase temperature too?

Hey guys, Just a friendly reminder to say; try and keep a level head when posting. I can feel this thread starting to get a little more hostile (only slightly) as people's frustration starts to thicken. Remember (as much of an asshole I may sound saying this), the mod is just that, a mod. You didn't pay for it, thus you haven't really helped (apart from some great feedback) support the development at all. We as a community have no right to be angry or upset that an anticipated update isn't quite out yet. And of course, remember the Alpha fact, meaning different things will be trialled through development, which includes patching and server loads, etc. Not just the mod itself. I know everyone is excited, but just be nice to each other while you wait and be patient. After all, it's not like the servers are all down for maintenance, so you can still be enjoying what brought you here. Rocket and team - keep up the good work. Take your time and good luck. The community ultimately backs you 100%. Cheers.

We have a decent sized group and generally roam in units of five plus players (two separate units usually). Safety in numbers. We shoot only if being shot at and/or fire a couple of warning shots in the direction of bandits or other suspicious players. All round friendly group and have actually given randoms chopper rides, food/water and meds, and sometimes even weaponary. People rarely attempt to take us on when they see us - we have the numbers and all of us are armed to the teeth. Generally have multiple vehicles, a couple of which are heli's and do loot runs for our groups resources and medical needs. Good group of guys and really quite a solid and effective play style we all share. If the group is elsewhere however, I'm not afraid of going lone wolf.

Just a heads up - a couple of posts here may indicate piracy (I could be wrong, but this is a general comment anyway). We will have absolutely ZERO tolerance of people who indeed incite the use or means of getting a pirated version of the game. I'd like to think that the majority of this forum are mature enough to support BiS financially for creating a great base game to run our beloved DayZ mod on. This is directed towards noone in particular, just a general heads up on the matter. Appreciate everyone's cooperation. Cheers.

I'd love to see an early changelog too, however it may get people too excited, thus making it harder to roll out the patch due to a new peak of numbers, haha.

It's a free mod - you need ArmA 2 Combined Operations (and ideally PMC and BAF dlc's) to play. The download is quite clearly visible on the homepage; www.dayzmod.com on the top left. Their are installation guides stickied in the new players sub forum. Thanks for the interest. Locking thread.

As annoying as this is, the lobby is a good safe place to go afk for a bit. It's moreso the limited servers that make this a little unfair on players trying to join at the moment, which will fix itself as the server base grows (which has already started happening).

^No, I doubt it. Those were location resets at database level, not due to patching.

As long as we can wear pink mankini's I'm all for it.
