No problem at all. As for your question, to the best of my knowledge it does not interfere with the timer and there are no known issues at this time concerning re-spawns of that nature.

Answering a customer's question is never problem or burden. The issue that new servers are facing is that no vehicles spawn at the moment, ground or air. Concerning servers that have vehicles already, if a vehicle is destroyed or malicious intent is detected by the central database (such as leaving a vehicle off the map so no one finds it), then after 7 days the vehicle should automatically re-spawn at it's original spawn location. Not that you are implying it, but just to be clear, this is an issue on our end. This is the fault of any hosting company. EDIT Also, this affects everyone. Even DayZ support and staff have this problem with any new servers they have and when the fix comes it will be for everyone, not just prioritizing certain people or staff ahead of others.

At this time we are encountering some problems with vehicles spawning on new servers. We are working diligently to correct this problem and your patience is appreciated. I understand not having vehicles on your server is extremely frustrating but please know we are aware of this issue and are working on a solution. Hi Sirben, Thank you for your report. We appreciate it that you provided proof as well. I will check into this server tonight when I am home. Oh, that's not true. Abide by the rules or don't play/host. We don't get ANY income from people renting servers. ZERO. We blacklisted a few servers in the last two days, including two last night. Not sure where you are getting (or making up) your information. Like I said, we don't get ANY money from ANY of the hosts or hosting providers. Plain and simple, so please stop spreading lies.

1822 has been blacklisted and 1823 as well for passwording their server. For anyone who reads this, the op provided a perfect example of giving us the necessary proof we needed.

Next time he does something either they will revoke his server or we will handle it accordingly.

It's not a bannable offense, but they can set the server to automatically kick people with high pings, but 100 is obviously too low. I talked to his host and they are going to speak to him about it and correct it.
