I personally am a good bandit. I keep an lookout over Cherno or Elektro for 'em bambi killers. If someone blames that there was a bambi killer in that location, I usually reach the guy from behind and take him out. I became a bandit because I protected my own stuff and myself. That's how I got my bandit skin. I am a lone wolf because no survivour trust me because I have a bandit skin or they try to kill me because I have AS50 and a modded M4A1. Pluss ghilley suit. And I also dont trust other bandits. So yeah, if you see a lone guy with ghilly suit and AS50 or modded M4A1, just do your own business. I aint gonna kill you from behind, unless you attack an bambi.

So, I am being a lone wolf and I found a red vw golf in cherno. There was a M4A1 with red dot sight and silencer and i took the car. I drove around the city, then I found a lootable house. I parked my car and went inside there. All the sudden I saw a bambi going inside my car. I shot him to the head through the windshield and he died...Sadly. Then the server restarted and the car went gone. So, I was right there, running around the city randomly, until a guy with a sniper shoots me from the hill next to cherno. I ran into cover and managed to sneak up behind him. There were two of 'em, both with AS50. I took 'em both out because they were shooting at me. That's how I got my bandit skin and AS50. I'm loving this gun :D.

I am a lefti to. I do EVERYTHING with my left hand, except for use computer mouse. And yeah, I suck at aiming because of that. That's why I love machine guns in games where you can kill a person very fast. Which means I need to get a lot of ammo because of the spraying -.-.

Oh, I don't... Someone just told that I can play it with OA, but can I play dayz with Arma II Free and Arma II OA?

I even reinstalled the DayZ through commander

Still the same thing.

Btw, I have Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead, I hop that this isn't a problem.

I have used that six launcher and also launched from steam, neither one of 'em work.

Hi! First off, when I try to launch DayZ, it tells me something about dayz_anims, some kinda error. Later when I try to connect to the server, it starts to tell me that bad version, although I have the same version which is required. The latest ARMA2_OA_BUILD_100296 patch. And to some server it let's me to connect, and it says "You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.Chernarus" I run on a win7 home premium 64-bit

Wow, thanks for the fast replys. But does the DayZ affect the FPS somehow? I downloaded the OA demo from Steam and it ran pretty smoothe on lowest graphics and resolution.

Hey community! I have been watching at DayZ commentaries for a loong time, and I'm thinking of buying Arma2 and DLing DayZ mod. But my laptop is kinda baad. So I thought that I'd come here and ask the community if I should buy it and start playing. Anyways, here are my laptop specs. And also I'm sorry if it's the wrong place to post that.
