Why this is a bad idea; short answer. You have to go somewhere, cant abort because your in a town, or you think it is almost time to quit anyway and you hear potential player chatter/footsteps and want to avoid confrontation, also this idea would make the big cities potential death traps for survivors against bandits, run into a bandit ambush, no way out, sorry but this is not a good idea regarding overall gameplay, i would give thumbs down if i could. Simply because you are trying to make this game more friendly for the ghilley campers on top of buildings of huge cities etc. more unfriendly for bambies and people with bad gear, and making getting gear more risky than it should be.

Good suggestions but the defib really doesnt work as you would think, Hint: The name says it all. It stops the fibrilation of the heart i.e. when the heart beat rate goes high enough the heart "fibrilates" instead of pumping blood, when you get heavy bloodloss the heart tends to stop, rendering the defib nigh useless, unless your friend likes burned chest hair. Also we have deer already dont we? my mind might be doing tricks, moose we dont for sure. Status effects... what kind do you mean? loose blood you lose colors and sight eventually, and hearing, lose heat you get the shakes, run for a long time, you get shakes due to heart beat, dont drink or eat you die :P what other possible effects could you want???? allow yourself to be lit on fire for the hell of it? ;D

Imho screens can be tricky to provide in this game, considering half the time steam overlay glitches out, and you cant see what happens after your dead, and who killed you and did what.

Camo nets would be a nice idea, but digging a hole for the tent, you like your shit wet through and through? think your ammo is gonan be good to go ;D? Imho the only reason they are angular is because the army tents they take their shape from, have a basic but rugged design. So i see no reason to have the cylindrical tents, imho that is what one would assume to find most on civilian residences. well that doesnt make much sense, the dying part, considering you can still loot your own corpse, get rid of that too then, Following the same logic, vehicles you were driving and left to the terrain should disappear too if you die, which imho makes no sense :D

Good idea imho, it would also make the game a bit more fresh born friendly, less "fun" for people camping the rooftops of cherno or elektro.

If only we lived in a perfect world, but due to limitations of the engine used, third person actually patches the problems of first person, you dont have complete control over your body compared to real life, that being said, when they add a working skeletal structure and give us complete control over it, then i am good with FPW only.

push E or Q when crouching, see what happens. so as far as telling lies goes, go kindly sodomize yourself with a rectable batton. it was figure of speech btw, if you cant see that, Dayz peek = Tilt the whole upper body, real life peek = twist and only slightly tilt upper body, and twist/tilt head so your peepers barely show.

EMT's are still told to use the epi pen as a last result, and weigh the benefits of it, and instead use the rise, compress, cool for medium to small cuts, gashing wounds need lots of pressure and coagulants or something else to make the blood clot faster. Still remember that much from my basic field first aid, and first aid training.
