I'm on a laptop ---------------------------------------- Can anyone help? All I seem to ever get while playing Arma 2 and DayZ is this:

Trying it on my laptop but nothing happens? Have to do something different?

Forgot to say that I was on a laptop.

Half of the area around me loads and as I walk forward some appears then some goes.

I'll give it a go man!

Already tried the above 10-15 times.

Looking for one too, no one helps though.

Will not be any of them, tried all that. Everyone tries all that man. Don't be silly :)

Checked all drivers, all up to date. Don't really want to break my laptop trying to clean the fans either man.

Also, my CPU temp is around 75

My laptop is some 2-3 year old Sony Vaio if that helps too.

I've got this 3-4 year old Sony Vaio which lags so much during gameplay you just want to throw it out the window. I'm going to go buy a brand new 500-600 pound computer. Hopefully I'll be up and running soon. :)

Hey guys, Here's the situation: So I go into steam, nothing else running but steam at this point, open up Arma 2 and I then start a game or a mission but whatever gameplay I start up it will become seriously laggy and it will also fill my screen with random grey patches or greenish/brown colours but yet most of the time I can still see the characters in front of me. The game is literally not playable though, it's that bad. Any ideas?

I think it's time to get a new desktop PC..

I've tried adjusting the video settings to low - normal - high and turning things off and on but non of it works.

It's like the ground is covering me. All of the surroundings suddenly fill my screen.
