Thanks! So for tents to be reset you have to pack them up and place them again, okay. For barrels, you just add, remove, or move items inside them? Now I know my campsite didn't despawn and some bastards came and ransacked it instead.

How long do tents stay if you don't reset their lifetime?

After reading today's status report, I learned why my tent chock full of gear disappeared a few days ago and the barrels did not. Now that we know that tents aren't working like they should and despawn after so long after being set up and the only way to reset the timer is to pack up and place the tent down again. Does anyone know the how long the timer lasts so I don't lose all my gear again?

Strange. Have they released a hotfix recently? If so, that may have something to do with it. I don't know for sure though. It really breaks the experience for me. I have sort of cloudy X-Ray vision now.

It's likely already been suggested but we already have a sawed-off Izh-43 double barrel shotgun but it would also be cool and practical in my opinion to include the Obrez pistol, a sawed-off mosin rifle. It would be simple to make like the sawed-off shotgun. Just a hacksaw would be needed. Here is a picture:
