    I have to disagree. I see that people would buy the Dayz standalone if it was released to be much like the mod at first, but what's the point if it's nearly exactly the same?

    I say remove the crosshair but instead but a sort of faded large circle in the center of the screen (or wherever you're looking). This gives a general idea of where a bullet will go while blind firing much like how it is in real life

    I've been killed by some bullshit admin like that before... He tried to kill me in elektro because he though I was sniping noobs and I killed him only to have him teleport back only a short distance away and kill me with an L85

    The one thing I want is a more psychological warfare aspect between survivors, bandits, etc. It's nice to know that your next step could easily be your last

    YES But maybe perhaps spawn in with a weak unique weapon that had no lootable ammo so you're not completely defenseless but not yet able to take on other survivors
