You do not know much about medicine, do you? Heart attack means that the heart goes into cardiac arrest and stops pumping blood. It's like cramps in a muscle, it hurts, and if you don't get help (sit up or straighten the muscle out), it might get worse.

Tanks? Oh god no. Blowing up buildings? Sure, as long as explosives are rare & aren't that dangerous.

Do you stay in the game? Give off a sound? Die?

Car Minigames Which would essentially mean, you have to interact with your car, examine it, check for leaks etc. to be able to drive it safely without driving of the road without a warning. Inspecting parts of the car for rust, holes, scratches or leakages. Information from last time you examined your car. This is old information, not new. Disassembling parts of the vehicle. Piece by piece, it'd take several minutes to do certain things. Being able to scan if the car is driveable, if anything is missing, oil etc. (This would be a findable item, preferably in industrial/garages.) This could for example be a car you found out in the woods. It have rusted and been looted over the years. You would have to change parts of it to be able to drive it like it should be driven. Lockpicking Probably similiar to Skyrim's lockpicking system. You have a number of lockpicks, and the lock has a classification how hard it is. The harder it is, the more skill it would take to unlock it.

I don't know what sass is, but Skyrim doesn't allow you to see inside the lock either.

"Because you need to open a seperate window for the minigame." Do you know what Mechanic Simulator 2014 is? Look it up. Everything is ingame, nothing is in a seperate window. "And the skyrim/fallout lock pick system is extremely unrealistic." Could you suggest a better one?

Nope. He wants you to train up skills otherwise you may not repair vehicles. I don't want skills, I just want minigames.

Stop typing 3-5 words and then just walking out of the room. Try to be enthusiastic and write an explanation why you do not feel the way I do.
