In vanilla there isn't a bridge to skalisty island. Have you been playing Dayz Overwatch lately? Amberhelios has generously answered this question. -

If you have a decent job/your parents have a decent job you should be able to buy an average computer within a month of working. -

It is your own fault for spending those 10 quids to buy another account which you will be unlikely to use. -

Anything on the CPU over 2.0 GHz is good in my opinion. The GT has DirectX11 and 3GB which I find neat to have on a mobile card. -

You actually only need one account, try playing on a friendly private hive if you feel unsecure about your gear. -
Try putting your... Texture Detail: High Shadow Detail: High FXAA: Low Trees and grass: All trees, no grass. Object & Terrain Detail: Low or Very Low Anti-Aliasing: Off Post-Processing: Off Option above Anti-Aliasing: High or Very High Hope it helps.
