Due to the bandwidth requirements of DayZ, I doubt there will currently be any Australia server offerings for 'cheap'. Your best bet would be to wait for a current Australian GSP to work out a way to host them.

We don't plan on hosting servers in Northern Ireland. Germany is a completely adequate location for you. Not even anywhere in the UK? People like to rent servers in their own countries; I think you're loosing out on a lucrative market if you're of that opinion. Well it's not as easy as you think hosting in every location potential customers want' date=' it also costs time and money to search for the best provider/datacenter to use in each location. We are however actively looking into new locations. The DDoSing has caused delays on the whitelisting side of things. Everything will be up within an hour though. :)

All Dallas servers that were setup last night are not whitelisted yet. Not to worry as there are currently problems with Hive anyway, they will be whitelisted after. We get tons of stock for Germany tomorrow so all those who ordered in Germany recently will be up tomorrow. New York and new Dallas orders are expected to be up later today. Probably within 3-4 hours from now.

Mine is in Dallas. Will I have to wait that long also? Or is it possible to get it running today.. All Dallas servers will be up later today. So since i ordered one today ill have to wait until tomorrow for it to be up? Just clearing it up. If so orders placed earlier will they be processed first? All current pending orders should be up tomorrow and will be set up in order of when they were ordered.

All servers located in Germany will be online tomorrow. Same with New York. Stock will be back to normal (same day setup) tomorrow as well if you plan on ordering.

This really depends on when you order and how many orders we have had that day. At the moment, the setup time is about 24 hours. This includes whitelisting from the DayZ Dev Team. It can be as short as 1 hour but it really depends on stock.

We're just re-organising our public servers, they will be back up soon.

All servers are now whitelisted, please contact us as soon as possible if you are still having problems. Timezones can be offset with our VPS option. Germany and New York will be in stock on Monday.

Currently the only two staff (one of them being me) working on DayZ are in the UK. We normally work on dayz servers and support from about 3pm to 1am GMT+1. So that in a way caters for the US and EU. We will be launching a new managed/non-VPS option in a few days which our US staff will be trained to help with. There will be almost 24/7 support with this option.

I'm really sorry to hear you are having problems with your VPS. We hadn't updated the welcome email to reflect the new download URL so I apologise for that. If you create a ticket we'll get it all working for you, it sounds like a file is still out-dated.

No we don't have a maxping on our public servers.

You can try and contact dayzdevteam@gmail.com but by the time they look into your problem and even consider rolling you back (which they most probably won't), you might as well just start again. They will take a few days to reply.

We can't rollback as tents, vehicles and all your items are not stored on the server, they are stored on the master DayZ database. We do not have access to this and the only thing we can do is ban the hackers.
