  1. Have you created a ticket about this (Host Altitude)? We'll check on it for you. We don't overload our servers and the CPU is always kept below 70%, RAM is never an issue as it's constantly around 50% and we use 1Gbps connections on all nodes so this can't really be overloaded with just a few DayZ servers. We'll monitor his server and make sure everything is in order with the node and then check his server settings for any problems with those.
  2. We hope to have VPS in stock within the next few days but I can't promise anything at the moment, we need to finish setting up the automation system and the progress is slow on this due to our standard DayZ server orders/tickets taking up so much time.

  4. If it's New York, Dallas or Phoenix it will be up within the next few hours. If it's Germany it will be up later this evening as we ran out of instance IDs.
  5. Just to confirm this is a customer's server and they can update their server in the control panel.
  6. We had a small issue with this node earlier and have fixed it now. Our server setup time is also now under 12 hours and I am very sorry you ordered when there was a shortage of stock. Let me know if you are still having problems and we'll sort you out as soon as possible. You can change the login message to anything you wish. You can also request to have the branding removed in a ticket (it will be an option in the CP soon). Looking into this now.
  7. We don't manage this server, we only host it but I will forward this on to the admin.
  8. We had very similar restrictions in place from day one. It's very hard to bypass the restrictions put in place by TCAdmin (The control panel above) and I'm sure HFBServers and Vilayer would happily suspend a customer if they were continually finding ways to by-pass the DayZ rules. We definately would.
  9. Just answered your ticket, you had a corrupt mission file.

We restrict settings that could affect hive and potentially cause hive problems, we are open to suggestions if there is a certain setting you wish to change that you don't think will cause any problems. Good to hear you are currently happy with your service, let us know if you need any help! deadmau5 I'm not too sure what you need help with at the moment? You ordered during a bad time and I am really sorry for this but our support ticket reply average today is currently 3 hours and 9 minutes. Yes we did not have a good 5-6 days last week but things are pretty much back to normal now and if you create a ticket and stick your ticket number here I will assist you straight away. We are all about the quality, we had a large influx of orders over the past week and stock levels at that time were not quite enough. Obviously our support quality temporarily dropped during this time but now that we have plenty of stock and instant setup (as of tommorow), our support is back to it's normal quality.
  11. Today's average ticket response time has been 3 hours, we're pretty much back to normal. All current waiting orders will be up today (NY tomorrow) and from tomorrow all servers will be set up within 1 hour from when the payment is received. You can update to the latest patch by clicking the "Updates" button when you are logged into the control panel. This will fix that issue. Thank you P5ykoOHD, your feedback is greatly appreciated. :)
  12. We're sorry for the 2 day delay but we had some unfortunate and unplanned delays. The ETA was set to the 19th on the order page which may also show up in your services. This was for new customers and not you. We told you 30 minutes when your server was being created, unfortunately it failed the first time and we had to manually find out why. Once we fixed the issue your server was up (about 1-2 hours later?). Your server's status was unknown because it was still creating. Due to the previous error you may have been sent your login details early and so gained access to the CP before your server was ready. The first time the server loads it can take around 10 minutes, this started happening with the latest patch. Your server should be whitelisted any minute now, we hoped this was going to be done a few hours ago but seems to have been delayed. If you have any more concerns please contact us. 1. This was due to several unforseen circumstances and we did offer a refund at about the 3-4 day stage. 2. The 2 day response time is very abnormal and our response time is currently at about 6-8 hours. This is still double what we are normally at but we have a backlog of orders still, this takes up much of our ticket answering time. More staff are en-route. 3. Did you create a ticket about this? 4. You can ban hackers using the in-game admin commands. 5. Did you create a ticket about this? This is not normal and we need to investigate it.

  14. Your server was setup earlier today. I understand you have an issue with the new patch which I will help you resolve now.
  15. What's your order number? You definitely shouldn't have been waiting that long. If you put in a ticket we will get back to you within the next hour.
  16. Yes you can set the ping limit. We are hoping to have some in stock soon (2-3 days), we can install DayZ for you for a small fee.
  17. We had a huge backlog due to several factors. Mainly due to a staff shortage at the end of last week together and partly due to a delay in stock. We have very nearly cleared the backlog of orders and support tickets. We'll be back to normal by tomorrow. We'll even hopefully have our instant automated (~30 minute) setup up tomorrow.
  18. Definately not a scam, we are a registered limited company in the UK. Your server should be up by now, let me know your ticket number and I shall respond now. We have a large amount of tickets per hour at the moment and we're working on getting more staff involved but obviously this takes a small amount of time. We are inexperienced with this new patch, I'll admit that. The stuck at loading issue you are getting has started happening since the new patch and we're working with the DayZ team on why we are getting this on random servers.
  19. Currently about 24 hours. It will be "within an hour" from hopefully Friday/Saturday as we are in the final stages of our automation system.
  20. We had a small DDoS attack on the same server the panel is hosted on, this has now resided and we're ploughing through tickets right now. We wouldn't be able to upgrade you directly from one to the other, you'll have to cancel the managed server and order the VPS option. We are still working on our VPS option right now.
  21. If you haven't already, create a support ticket and this will be looked at. It sounds like you are missing a file.
  22. Things are a bit crazy at the moment, I can assure you there are currently 4 staff members including myself working on Host Altitude. I'm in the process of training two more but this is challenging with the amount of work I am juggling with right now. Give us a couple more days and responses will be back to about 3-4 hours and orders will be setup same day. As well as a huge amount of orders, our Dallas provider has hit stock issues which has caused some delays with customers ordering in Dallas. This will also be sorted by the end of today as we have a large amount of servers expected to be provisioned today.
