About 1 week ago I started playing DayZ again (After playing alot of ArmA2 Domination and Wasteland). I hopped on a random server like that. There were like 6 Barracks at every spawn point. There were lots of donator items too. Like Skat3rat said, some people their aim is just horrible.... And people just run up to the barracks like complete morons.

Yep, the civilian AI is terrible. They drive over obvious mines and just don't give a fuck if there is shooting all around them.

I'd love to see you run out of ammo by shooting people in Cherno and then get eaten by zombies. I think alot of people have to adjust their KoS playstyle in SA because of this. -
Why don't people leave the coast?

I stay at the coast to watch others slaughter eachother in Elektro or Cherno and then see the reactions in side chat and there are fully geared squads around Stary and NWAF that keep on killing people with their snipers from a hill (I like that some use tactics, but I don't like that they snipe a guy with an AK who is 800 meters away) -
I haven't really had time to play DayZ since the new patch but it would be a bit annoying if you go to ALL the medical spawns and don't find a single box

Private hive, I actually like that you can't transfer your character on them so I play seriously on one server and just go around with a hatchet in Cherno on the other one. -
Search "ceasefire" in the search bar, it's a PvE server with helpful players and you can learn how to deal with zombies there. It gets a bit boring though after a while on PvE servers.

Do you need to repair every part of a heli to be able to fly?

You only need to repair the Vrotor, 9 glass, main rotor and engine (If it's completely red). If everything is red/orange and only 1-4 parts show up that you're able to repair, repair them and everything will turn green. -

I just played some DayZ. I decided to go on a private hive where I had no gear. I spawned at balota and ran to the ATC. When I was running there 2 guys (I think fully geared, sounded like they had good guns) killed me. I wasn't even playing for 3 minutes on that server. Are these people "bandits" or just dicks?

Bushes defeated me 1 time in DayZ (fully geared) and 1 time in Wasteland when I was on a pretty high killstreak.....

I got out of the ATC (unarmed) and tried to get to the treeline (was running away from them).

Heroes - how do you approach them?

I once encountered a group of 4 heroes, I could've shot them but I didn't. Later they backstabbed me. Turned out they did that to alot of people (Mostly freshspawns). So bandits "boost" together for hero skins and then go on a killing spree. -
They make playing alone harder and harder....

Would be cool if you could bandage with it "butt" taking the risk to get an infection.

Today I joined a server with only one guy in it and right when I spawned he asked if I wanted to get a lift in his Huey to Stary. Still some really nice people out there :)

What Were Your First DayZ Moments Like?

The first time that I spawned I got killed by a bandit driving around the coast searching for (ONLY) unarmed players -
My anti-virus keeps saying that there is a Trojan in my DayZ Commander folder. Never had any problems with it. I downloaded it again, but the same happened.
