Are there going to be different controllers supported, like The Delta six and occulus rift would make an awesome combo with DayZ. And of course joysticks when choppers come out. What do you think? ( ) delta six)

You could always just put it down till you find a gun I guess, still looks pretty sweet I guess and I believe this is only a prototype and they might be making some sort of different weapons such as pistols. Not 100% sure.

Non PVP servers are blacklisted from the server list and shunned by the community. Your only alternative is to either, join a RP server or have fun getting shot in the head randomly.

I'm pretty sure this is the mod discussion where they have choppers and helicopters. But thank you for your input :) Maybe I will get the joystick back out of the closet. -
Good Idea, but what season it is should depend on where the server is located Ex: an Aussie server would have Summer in December-Feb while an American would have Winter.

What is life without Nutella? 3. Clean water to drink Drinking water from ponds and streams, would make you ill pretty soon in an apocalypse, unless you are way off into the wild. Unless the apocalypse did nothing to the natural world, which I'd very much doubt. Water cooked over fire has a very bad taste of smoke, which for a day or two will be alright, but after a while start to get to you. Mentally this could be one of the things to bring you down given enough time. Clean water is a blessing, and is somewhat in game. The mod did something where you have to like filter the water on a fireplace which would be cool in SA. -
Yes, Spawn selection was the thing that ruined the game for me. Please only make it where you can spawn as fresh spawns together or not at all and keep the classic "where are you?" "I have no idea" experience in dayz.

But the good thing is about the early access , is that you get the finished product FREE for buying the alpha. And when it's cheaper! Think about the alpha as getting a beta access by pre-ordering the game. It's buggy yes and you payed for it yes. But you get to help out the dev team by reporting the bugs. We wouldn't want SA to be like BF4's launch,right?

I've never experienced those problems. But they are known problems. I've seen threads that experienced these issues no need to create more. -Sigh- Say what you want I guess. I guess I am just a lucky person to not experience any bugs.

Can't wait till this thread gets nom'd The majority that I've run into were fixed, EX: Floating loot and stuff. You agreed that when you started the game that this is an early alpha and you agreed to test this in this buggy state. They already know that it is buggy. These threads won't help the game.

I'm a asshole? Okay then, good to know. I'm just stating that I haven't ran into any major game changing bugs... I believe that there are A LOT of bugs, but I just haven't ran into any of them not stating that they do not exist. They do. But the majority were fixed.

If anyone judges you for being homosexual, why play with them? Your clan/anyone should not have a problem with your sexuality. If they do than they're not even your friend in the first place ((Homophobia doesn't make sense to me.. especially in this form))

Yeah, but would it tell you where they are? OH THERE'S STEVE I SEE HIM ON THE MAP IN KAMENKA. Yes people travel in groups, but there has to be coordination. The game shouldn't tell you where your friends are. That's part of the excitement of dayz, meeting your friends. Groups are terrible and standalone should stray FAR away from the system.
