First the 10/22 is complete immersion breaker for me as I have more chance of finding myself stuck 7" up Miley Cyrus than there would be of finding a 10/22 in Chernarus. Lodged bullets sounds like it's all going to get a bit Far Cry 2 where your character can just dig bullets out with pliers that should have caused enormous damage and permanent injury. -
The whole world has gone to Hell in a hand basket and you're expecting the few desperate survivors to waste pocket space on ID cards and/or passports? Remember that not every country requires it citizens to carry picture ID.

Utterly rubbish idea, this isn't CoD/BF, so your character isn't a soldier and hence isn't wearing dog tags. Go boil your head.

The way that guide relates Object Quality to CPU cores is utter crap as the RV Engine doesn't use HT.

Get it watercooled and running at 4.5GHz. There's no point having a "K" if you aren't going to run it at it's full potential.

I know nothing about AMD CPUs, but DayZ doesn't support Crossfire, so you are only using 1 x 4870. If your AMD CPU is a fast one, buying a better single graphics card will improve things. If your AMD CPU is not so good, buying a better graphics card will not help much.

Yes, should be very playable on Medium graphics settings. If you CPU is a 'K", overclock beyond 4.0GHz for better performance in cities.

Turn graphics settings up/on one setting at a time until Afterburner/RivaTuner is showing 100% GPU use.

Archangel? Is that a dressed up Mini 14? Are they marketed at people that can't afford a Bushmaster? I thought people were smart enough to buy Colt, LMT, Noveske and Bravo Company when they wanted an AR-15 these days. -

I agree. You should be able to get a playable frame rate on Medium settings in cities with a rig like that.

No. You get the features in the code, you fix the bugs and THEN you optimise performance. Optimising the game now would be like one of those Pimp My Ride episodes where they bolt $25,000 of shiny crap onto a re-sprayed chassis, but don't even pressure wash the shagged-out 250,000 mile engine and thrashed transmission.
