Are you talking about the very occasional hit box registration issues? BF4 runs like greased silk otherwise. I haven't had BF4 crash on me since it was in Beta. I've also never had the SA lockup or CTD. -
Dayz and memory usage, please explain ?

People running 32 bit installs of Windows. If both DayZ and system tasks are asking for more than the 3.5GB available, one of them is going to loose out. Alas, your only solution is to install 64 bit OS and upgrade to 8GB of RAM. Unless you do lots of video encoding, 8GB is plenty. -
OT, but what frame rate do you get with AA set to Very High?

Let me get my last few working braincells around that.. The new server architecture designed entirely from the ground up for a game where players will be regularly connecting and disconnecting to such servers almost poops itself each time this happens? What the pooping poop were they smoking when they thought this was a good idea?

Okay, so the Devs add a huge multi-level mall with escalators, infected hordes and mayb even a Jamba Juice stall. Now imagine what would happen if even 10 players were inside at the same time - desync and lag spike Hell. It would be a slideshow for anyone without a high-end computer. Still want a mall?

6a) Always hit Esc before Alt+Tab if you have a firearm equipped to avoid the very rare and random "Alt+Tab = Mouse Button 1" ArmA bug when you return to DayZ. 6b) View the DayZDB Map on your smartphone or tablet so you don't need to Alt+Tab. iZurvive is a good offline map for iOS, but it does only show major loot locations. -
Humans can rehydrate using seawater if you can find a friend to give you a seawater enema. Takes a while though.

In countries where you are required by law to store firearms unloaded and with bolts removed, the bolts and ammo would be stored nearby in a locked container/s. -

I always find ammo for the weapons I don't have. And when I get bored off carrying around 100 rounds of SKS ammo and dump it, it's pretty much guaranteed that I'll find an SKS in the next ten minutes. -

Add forcing all player clients to render foliage to a sensible distance and I'd agree.
