Yes... this is true... but i spend enough time fixing / maintaining cars IRL.... Can you honestly tell me, that you would be perfectly happy with spending two solid days in-game, trouble-shooting the fuel delivery system in lada. just because you want a car in-game, And its all green but it WONT START.... If you say yes, you are either Lying or have no life outside of the internet....

yup... you can definitely use Play with Six... But i would HIGHLY recommend switching to DayZ Commander... Most importantly because it is easier to use for DayZ stuff and also because it allows you to easily switch between Patch versions, in the event that only half of your favorite servers are on the latest patch ;)

Dude... I have a job, and a family, and other REAL LIFE COMMITMENTS.... If i got sick IRL then yea, i would go find medicine... BUT DayZ is NOT real life.... So if i get an infection in-game, and i log out, because i got stuff to do, or sleep because i have work in a few hours, and my Character dies while i am gone... Well i just wont play or even consider buying that game... DayZ or not... I will not support a game that Punishes its most lucrative purchases for being in a position to spend money....

Really? Cause the ENTIRE Whitelisting process was completed in just over 20 mins for me, when i did it.... But then, i did it during a time of day when there was a Whitelister online.... Considering these people all have jobs/ families/ study... you know... REAL LIFE COMMITMENTS :rolleyes: Have you actually bothered to raise this issue on the BB Forums? or maybe have a chat with some of the available Admins on Teamspeak?

Yes..... Spent alot of time in Guglovo in the last few months.... Infact... spend enough time playing this ( or wasteland etc ) and eventually you end up like some of the more seasoned players i have met... They know the playable area so well they dont need maps anymore :ph34r:

Yup.... I finally took the time to get whitelisted on the BB servers today, didnt take very long and surprisingly painless... And for the first time in a month, ive had a character alive and active for more than 20 minutes :rolleyes: Getting onto a Whitelisted, Private hive, was the best decision Ive made since starting the mod B)

Shouldnt be too hard to prove ownership... if it was a steam purchase, then steam will be able to verify... And if its retail, then he will be the only person in the world with an official hard copy of his key...

Yea... i agree with some of the suggestions being ok, if they're not overdone... But there does have to be a point where enough is enough, Make it too realistic, and nobody will bother, they might as well go and live their life....

I dunno what your all so worried about... Let the consoles have DayZ!!!! The standalone making its way onto other platforms doesnt worry me in the slightest... and if your a PC gamer, it shouldn't worry you either... There is one simple reason for this..... It is simply too hard, too time consuming, and faaar to expensive, to get multiple instances of the same game, on multiple platforms, to connect to the same game server.... Meaning that IF standalone does make it onto other platforms ( which i actually hope to see in the future) the Xbox gamers and the PC gamers (and any combination of the differing platforms) cannot play together on the same server.... So dont worry.... even if it goes to console... the Xbox and Ps3 gamers wont be able to play with you..... :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

This is true.... but then, i bet someone once said that to a blind man who wanted to read..... Purhaps Rocket should look into finding a deaf game designer to look into this area, as there is bound to be a solution... The only issue really, is ensuring the solution cant (or will very rarely) be exploited by able-bodied players
