Hand Gestures where put into the ACE mod for arma 2. For many of you who bought Arma 2 for just dayz, ace is a realism enhancement which added hundreds of new features to the game. I haven't tried it in a while but i think you held the start button and you where presented with a circle across the screen and you selected one with your mouse, but if you used one single hand gestures more often it could also be bind to a key. The hole system worked perfectly. This could be a great feature for the stand alone. I think the devs should look at the lesser-known mods over shadowed by dayz's success for ideas for the future.

Probably getting leg shots, and the DMR is zeroed to 350 meters btw and would have t aim slightly below the head. I think this server may have increased how much blood you have because since posting i was shot in the leg with an AK74 and it did virtually no blood damage, but i'm not 100% sure.

Today i found a DMR and used it for the first time. (normally i would give it to my friend who likes it but he wasnt here so i could use it). It was on Utes so there was no shortage of PvP combat. According to the wiki the DMR does 8000 blood so should kill in 2 shots right? but to my surprise at ranges 300 meters max it it was more like 3 shots consistently. Anyone know why? And before saying i missed, i never miss :P

The PDW takes all the mags the g17 can take plus the 20 round PDW mags. And it is fully automatic.

Yesterday, I was very exited when i found a guile suits to go with my SVD Camo. But, i was very surprised to find it was a new style of guile suit added to Namalsk, an ice camo style which fits far better into the Winter environment of namalsk. My only worry is that it doesn't exactly match up the camo on the SVD. I think it would be great if, just for namalsk, an arctic camo SVD could be added. Also, when i found the guile suit, before putting it on it appeared the same as the normal guile suit, they should be made different objects because in the north of the island, where there is an absence of snow, the woodland camo guile suit may be more suited. In summery, what I would like to see is a new SVD Camo with arctic style camouflage, and arctic guile suits and normal guile suits made separate so you know which is which before putting it on. Thank you.

After the new Namalsk update, we have to put up with bloodsucker, a new form of zombie. Me and my friend were heading back up north after a very successful plundering of the southern army bases and Object A-2, when suddenly a helicopter began approaching. Me with my M107 had the only chance of taking it down, or at least scare it away. I went into a pine tree to avoid zombies attacking me while I shoot at it when to my horror these Bloodsuckers can hit and damage you while in the safety of the tree branches. Since Dayz's creation, sitting under pine trees or in bushes was one of the most useful ways of avoiding zombies and now with these bloodsuckers that is all but impossible. Please patch this out in the next Namalsk update so i can remain in the safe haven in bushes and pine trees when i need to engage players.

Hi guys! Basically I have a decent character on Namalsk, but has become dangerously hungry and have lost my bearings in the southern snowy mountains. I lack a map and am worried about which way to go. I am upon a mountain peak with a fixed hele crash, at least two dear stands and a crucifix upon a large rock. Any help? If someone could tell me where the nearest possible food spawn is i would be very great full. Thanks.

I was in electro, with my good old akm and cz550 with a gillie suite, logged off for about 2 mins to get a sandwich, came back on and i was miles out side the map. Assuming it was just some glitch, i re-logged to find my self in kemenka, as a new spawn with NOTHING but my gillie suite. And i mean NOTHING. No starting bandage, no coyote patrol pack. What am i supposed to do? Is this a bug? Was i attacked by a hacker? Is there a fix? Any help would be much appreciated, Thx.
