First off its PMC (Private Military Company) not PLC. Secondly, I believe the reason PMC DLC is used is because of a backpack issue.

Its already been mentioned by the CEO that this mod will (hopefully) be incorporated into the next patch for Arma 2. Also a year after Arma 3 launches you'll may see a version of DayZ for Arma 3.
