    Officially, Australia's winter is from June to August. In the south of the continent, these months are the wettest and coldest times of year. The northern tropical parts of the country do not have a winter, but rather a 'dry season'.

    Well, if your old computer can run it the new computer ofcourse will. Remember that when you put settings on LOW it sometimes uses the CPU instead of your GPU. So sometimes medium or high is better than low ;)

    If you have the CD key for both the game and expansion just download it from Thepiratebay or something and activate that game.

    Hmm, seems like a server side issue.. Try and search the forums a bit and just hope a mod can explain what's wrong. Glad my previous explanation helped :)

    Try to down your viewing distance. I just went from ~20 FPS with 10k distance to ~60 FPS with 1.5k distance Or does this include the "everything to low"

    Alright, you have to go to E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead and open _runA2CO_beta in notepad then go to :run call "% blah blah blah make it this: :run call "%_ARMA2OAPATH%\Expansion\beta\ARMA2OA.exe" "-mod=%_ARMA2PATH%;EXPANSION;ca" "-mod=Expansion\beta;Expansion\beta\Expansion" -noPause -nosplash -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=7 -mod=@dayz -maxMem=2047 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 (change CPU count/maxMem to your choice or even delete it) from now on you have to use this file to run Arma 2. Atleast this is how I think I solved it, not sure. Please confirm if it worked or not

    I actually changed it to -port=2310 and it now works. Thank you anyways :)

    Well, no. Looking at the specs of the I3 it should be strong enough to run on low/medium. However what concerns me is the "Intel HD Graphics", I haven't heard of it before and can't find propor specs about it, so I'm assuming it's crap. Otherwise, even if the computer would run Arma 2 I would buy another PC (preferably part by part and let a friend or you build the computer) HP isn't a gaming brand, and it will start to suck really fast (just bad computers). If you really need a new monitor, try to get a cheaper one (1680 x 1050 for example).

    To what did you change your port? I'm having this problem with a friend now aswell, after we had a little LAN at his house we can't connect to the same server anymore.

    I just found one in the camp at balota airfield. However I saw someone in the AC tower and shot 30 bullets into him with this gun, no luck. I died and he was still alive
