    i only have a basic knowledge of programming and i do have database access.

    Its a dedicated private hive server.

    How do i... 1...set up the server that spawns people with different items then the usual items? 2... increase the amount of vehicles on the map? 3... set up so that cars spawn fully repaired on spawn points(or is that just part of 2)? 4... make it full moons every night? 5...modify the map (adding buildings)? If anyone could answer any of these questions that would great and thanks.
