i'm having a weird problem, I can aim down my as50 sights but I get a blank screen, the same happens with range finder, ect... ive got a new computer, but its better than the old one, any ideas?

i've not been playing for very long a couple of days of game play on and off and today a hacker was on the server i was on and spawned all the items in the entire game into a box... i now have a ghille, As50, pow silenced, gps ngv,ect, should i have taken the stuff? i want it but i dont know if its right what do you guys think? ;)
