    A Tragedy Has Befallen!

    We run a whitelisted private hive based in the UK, we are looking to get a few more players on the server we are currently aiming for 25-30 players daily and are peeking at 20-25 at the minute at 9pm GMT or so. Our server is a vanilla server and the only modification we have done is to increase/double the zombie count depending on what area of the map you are in. It's nice to see there are still people out there that are looking for a vanilla server! You can find the server IP in my signature below this post!   2. The whitelist website seems to be working fine, you may have typed it out wrong. If http://dayz.frak.eu/whitelist/ doesn't work for you then you can apply directly on our forums http://dayz.frak.eu/forum/ Glad to see there are still people out there that actually want vanilla servers still, our player count is only around 20-25 at peak times but we are slowly getting there.

A few updates have taken place to our Object Respawner starting from 18/01/13 (12am GMT): [uPDATED] * Any vehicles that are destroyed/blown up will respawn at their original spawn location on the next server restart. (Previously vehicles would spawn where they were destroyed) [NEW] * Any vehicles that are not updated within 7 days will now be moved back to their original spawn locations. [NEW] * Any tents that have a dead owner will be cleaned up 7 days later. (Previously tents would just stay where they are forever) [NEW] * Any tents that are destroyed (flattened) will now be removed from the database on the next server restart.

    Suggest Whitelisted Servers

  6. The poll date for changing the timezone has been brought forward to this Friday, from what we've noticed as soon as it gets too dark, 50% of the server will just leave. Hopefully the adjusted timezone will give us 2 hours extra daylight and keep the player count up for just a bit longer.
  7. We have just modified our server restart times to coincide better with the peak time of players at the minute, the new restart schedule is as follows; 6am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm, 1am GMT

    GOOD survival server

As this is a whitelisted server the chances of hackers is virtually none. Our server has the hive backed up once every hour in case something major happens, it is also running on its own machine which is purely for DayZ and nothing else. We are all about the survival aspect of DayZ and so we have increased/doubled the zombie count in every area that spawns them. Hope you can come check us out!   13. Another fun night on the server tonight, matched our record count of 25 players again! I died twice though but was all good fun, don't pick a fight with a chopper....

  16. I'm gonna shoot you over a PM about the private hive that I help to maintain, hope it's of use to you :). Our current player average is 10-15, we're aiming for 20-25 at the minute. Our server is all about the survival aspect of the game and so we have increased/doubled the zombie count for most areas.
  17. A few updates to the server have taken place today, they are as follows: [FIXED] * Fixed an issue where 80 vehicles were being ignored by the vehicle respawner. (All vehicles will now be respawned as they should after they have been destroyed.)

  20. I've just sent you over a PM with some details about a whitelisted private hive that I run, mainly friendlies on there but we do get the odd bandit every now and then.
  21. A friend of mine had the same issue, turns out his was failing a signature for 'signs.pbo' for some reason, try validating your files before you join the server again.

    Most of these are a joke.

    If you're looking for a server where you do actually have to survive then come and check us out, you don't get any benefits and start the with the default gear. The only changes we have made are adding vehicles and custom wrecks into the server, we also have a day/night cycle on the server. http://dayzmod.com/f...om-crash-sites/ Also got a very simple whitelist method: http://dayz.frak.eu/whitelist/ We are looking for players that like a nice vanilla DayZ experience, but there doesn't seem to be that many players who actually want that though.
  23. Just updated the server difficulty to Veteran (waypoints, 3rd person and crosshairs active), and increased the player slots to 100 just because.
