sorry for the double post but here's the response from support: We are aware of the error and are working on a fix. It is simply that the ACP can not get a progress report from the task being run. Here is a simple work around until this issue is resolved. Installing or uninstalling a map: When you get the error... wait 60 to 120 seconds... click ok then refresh the page and you will find that the task has completed. Installing an update: This task usually takes anywhere from 15 to 45 mins to complete but can take longer depending on the size of the update. Run the task.. wait the allotted time and refresh the page.

Yeah kinda disappointed they have they'd have their entire operation rest on one person (get well soon, whoever you are). But I'll update this thread as soon as I hear anything. i hope it's back by this weekend
