Same issue but worse as i can't even play now as when i spawn on the beach with only the ghillie suit i have a broken leg and bleed out and die within 3 seconds

Hello all, i recently had quite the nice setup and upon logging in died, this is not new to me but this time i kept my ghillie suit but i then got a broken leg and died to a zombie as i had no items at all and now every time I log into a server I have the broken leg and no items and within 3 seconds bleed out and die. Is there anyway to fix this?

it is on a public server which is annoying me when i get home tonight i will try again
