Yeah this happened to me yesterday went to -49000 blood with 15 zombies or so eating me as i crawl away. 2 bandits tried to kill me but i could only crawl until i climbed up a ladder to which i suprisingly could get up and run. I submitted a bug report yesterday, not sure if its been aprroved.

Date/Time: 5/25/2012 4:40 What happened: I was shot by a dude 5 times and my blood went to -26000. Then a zombie tried to eat me but i didnt die and manage to shoot it dead. I then crawled to bank where i was shot multiple times by another player and i still didnt die and my blood decreased to -48000. His shooting attracted about 15 zombies which started to eat me for about 5mins while im unable to move my character with his face down in the dirt, before they suddenly dissapeared. I then used medical supplies in my back pack to which allowed me to move again and my blood decreased to 49000. I then climbed up a ladder to the roof (killing another player before i do) of a building and once on roof i was able to walk and run with no problem. A player tried to give me blood but had no option to do so. So i do not know what is going on but it seemed i was invincible. I only died when the server got restarted.
