Me and Jasarat were walking along the coast when we saw this. He was trying to blow it up so noone could get it, I eventually found satchels in there and blew it up. No hacks, just trying to do good for the game.

I keep seeing people post on the map life "Loot here" but, as we all know you can only do that if you are in the global channel. I've tried everything and it's stuck at "direct", "vehicle", and "group". I see people talking in global and side, calling out to me asking if I'm friendly, but I can't answer back. Any help?

Me and my friend recently just got onto Arma 2 and went to check out an ATV at the end of the Cherno docks. Upon going there I began to take fire and took cover for around 30 minutes. Being in a completely closed warehouse I kept getting shot by Makarov rounds. My friend took some rounds and we began searching. We found noone in the building yet, we still took shots. Then, I ran outside and immediately started hearing point blank Makarov rounds but could still see noone. I was behind the warehouse, (I checked the towers, noone there, and there were no vatage points. My friend took a bullet to the leg and shortly after, died. I myself was killed after hearing a makarov reload behind me yet seeing noone. There was no way I did not see the person, and his shots were point blank.) 10:20, 6/25/12 P.S. Also, we were being warned in side chat about identifying ourselves, yet there was no way we could talk back. Pacific Time

Since the developers are not releasing much information about what items there are, I've decided to start a thread where everyone can post uses of items and what they find. It'd be nice if someone would explain the simplest of the items and what they have found them to be. I'll update the thread once more items and uses are reported. So far, Scrap Metal: Can supposedly repair a gas station, unknown purpose. Jerry Can: Apparently refuels vehicles.

I just read the newbie help guide and I'd like to do some helping of my own. If you need a Cyrillic translation, post on this thread and I will give you a rough name for it in English so you can share it with your buddies.
