ZOMBIES ARE TOO EASY! Holy crap.. Lets go back to 1.7.4. Broad daylight and I can run right past these guys. Give me a break. When zombies are as deadly or deadlier than bandits people will band together like they would in real life. Humans would stick with humans. This game has NO challenge. Lets do it rocket. At least give them better view distance.

I really hope rocket sees this -- 2 Bugs iv noticed. 1. Hunger and thirst reset every time I log back in to a server. I never have to eat or drink. Is anyone else having this issue? 2. Today I noticed stuff was written all over my map and I did not put it there. Is this being written by someone in the server? Why is it showing up on my map? It had helicopter locations on it etc. Also just a quick comment about ZEDS. In 1.7.1.4 the zombies were equally dangerous with bandits and in most cases MORE dangerous. This was a GOOD thing. It meant people thought twice before they shot their gun. It meant teaming up was more desirable. The zombies in 1.7.5 literally seem like NOTHING was ever done to them. They are pathetic again. I'm walking right past them in broad daylight! It takes no skill. Please tweak their view distance at least back up a little bit.

Iv edited the post in a more "advertisment style" ________________________________________ Trading Post Delta Services Offered 1 Clip of 9mm Mackarov = Entry into "Safe" Zone Cantina 1 Free Water 1 Clip 5.56 = Entry into Trade Zone 2 Clips 5.56 = Facilated Trade (A member of Trade Post Delta acts as middle man) Perfect for the super paranoid survivor 3 Clips 5.56 = Guns for Hire (Bandit kill you and take your stuff? Hire a member of TPD to help you storm his hideout) Desired Ammunition may change without notice. Please be flexible and bring variety. !!!Trading of explosives inside TPD is prohibited. Bringing explosives of any kind inside TPD is strictly prohibited. !!!! DISCLAIMER: TPD can not GUARANTEE your safety inside the trading post. We can however guarantee we will do everything in our power to provide you with the safest place to conduct trade and relax in these difficult times. Also, take comfort that if you are killed inside TPD, your killer will not walk out alive. _______________________________________ For those interested in being part of the team: - Will require at least 200 people in our company to guard effectively for 24 hours. Pepsi, coke, mountain dew all contain insane amounts of sugar and caffiene. Caffieine is a diuretic. (it makes you pee) thus dehydrating you faster. The little water in caffiene is not a sufficient amount in comparison to its diuretic properties in a survival situation. Make sodas allow a boost in something. Maybe energy or focus if and when such a system is implemented but slightly dehydrate you everytime u drink it.

Protip: Next time you go to Solnichny bring morphine with you. Problem solved. Protip: we don't spawn with morphine. You should know this by now. If you are going to reply, have some logic behind it. I spawned in Solnichny. Your reply was a waste of thread space. Ha. Ha. If you were prepared and didn't go around breaking your legs you wouldn't have this problem, and no my post is here to debate kids like you trying to make the game too easy. Arrogant and ignorant, great combo's :) Give this thread some love guys! Breaking Bones needs to be reworked

No no. Keep bones implement a diff system. Splint so u can walk slowly only. Use wood planks and cloth to splint the leg. Use morphine as a temporary fix. Allows you to run for 5 minute spans but has the chance to lose blood. You need a friend to cast your leg which will heal it in 15 minutes but you can still walk. Adds teamwork. Implement carrying for friends and groups. Morphine does not cure leg breAks. CAsts do. 15 minutes for gameplay sAke BTW i am a broken bone survivor as well and currently have my second broken leg and trying to crawl my happy ass to chern hospital. So annoying. Please allow tbhis system rocket -

I hate to tell you after you very well written op but uh these zombies arent actulley dead or dieing/decaying. These zombies are infected with a virus. That makes them rage and want to kill you eat ur flesh. Much like the infected in 28 days and weeks later. A great movie. I prefer this kind of story set up overall as its more "realistic". Think of it as a mix between ebola and rabies. He may have to tweak thier presentation to really get away with the virus angle tho as they really do present themselves like the fantasy undead zombies. Eitherway good post -
+1. Dude it would add insane inSane immersion to hear screams from far away and know someone died. Just not who died. Yes, making death more realistic may help taper senseless murder. At least for those gamers not horribly desensitized to vg violence. Oh yah and like somone mentioned plus + 1 for random chance of screams attracting zeds. Make someone think twice before killing somone else. But not if headshot.

Allow soundmods or just one sound mod please. Jsrs. I understand they may not want one person to have an advantage over another but stock arma sounds are beyond terrible. Jsrs distant gunshots add an amazing degree of immersion and fear in a tense situation. -
May i add, in addition to others saying morpholine is too rare. I posted a thread about having morphine as only a temporary fix and leg sPlints or cast as he healing aolution but only after 30 minutes. Please rocket add this. Splint with wood pieces and cloth or something. Morphine should help let u walk thru the pain but only for a few minutes.

Dissapointed with he zed nerf. Finnally with 1.7.4 we had zombies just as deadly if not more han other humans. A litteral solution to kill on site. And yet we bitched about it and now its back to dodging zombies and getting shot in the face. I was succesfully able to sneak by 1.7.4 zombies just fine after i got he hang of it but everyone knew better than to shoot at someone else lest they have a whole horde on thier ass. Besides that people with no guns would want to pair up with gun toting survivors encouraging teamwork. Hope they havent been taken down too bad.

Rocket - Please here me out. I have never not liked a feature/change you have put in. But this one sucks. We are not lumber jacks falling whole trees. In a survival situation it makes NO SENSE to carry a large 2 handed axe that would hinder your ability to travel with a weapon. Especially when you have small hand hatchets more than sufficient to cut wood for fires. Small hatchets that can be stuck in your belt, hung on your vest the works. For example http://www.gerber-tools.com/Gerber-Camp-Axe-5905.htm Thats just not smart survival. And since you previously had it as a small tool which makes more sense, to change it into this behemoth just for melees sake is ridiculous. Me and many others see the importance of your awesome raw meet mechanics. However, chopping wood is not worth lugging Paul bunions finest piece around in lew of my rifle. No self respecting survivalist would. Please bring back the small hand hatchet. -

NO. We arent falling trees here. We dont need a bohemeth 2 handed axe! A small hand hatchet is all you need for fire wood sufficient for a fire. This really is the ONLY feature/change I hate in the history of Dayz. I have a small hand hatchet thats small enough to fit on my belt when hiking/camping.
