I've seen this too, I was useing binoculars once, And I saw someone(They where like 800 meters away) Then they suddenly turned around and shot me with their sniper rifle.

I have a very slow internet myself, And I can run it fine most day's, Get abit crappy in peak hours though, But other than that, It's fine.

I've been getting this aswell the last few weeks, But mine comes up saying I was kicked for high ping 185ms.

Pfft, I'd kill for 35 ping, I'm normaly 80 ping, On a good day.

Well I still have the survivor skin, Currently trying to get the Hero skin.

So is there anyway to check it?
