Same exact thing is happening to me right now.

It's all working now, but after a while of playing in-game I get kicked off the server with that error message. Any help with that one?

Ok now both Arma II and DayZ say "Reinstall" so that part is good I think. Now when I click on a server to join that uses Chernarus as its map, I am immediately sent to the main menu. I'm installing a different map to see what that outcome would be now.

There is no error message but there's still an error. It just sends me to the main screen where you can select Singleplayer, Multiplayer, etc,. It doesn't let me play at all. Also, when I do click repair, the repair option just stays there (i don't know if it's supposed to be like that though).

When I click repair nothing happens. It stays the same and says I need to install the Beta Patch. So I when I go to install it I keep it there for say 6 hours and it keeps repeating the same thing.

It still says Repair. I think it has to do with the Arma 2 file being messed up.

Yesterday, I encountered a problem while trying to join a server. The day before I was running it fine, without any problems. I opened up DayZ Commander and went to see what needs to be updated. Everything said "Repair". So, I first attempted to repair the "Arma 2: 98866(Not up to date)" option. It said I would need to download the beta. So I accepted it and it went through all the mandatory things and then it said it needs to uninstall then reinstall Arma II for the patch to work. I left to there for about 6 hours but nothing happened. I went to Steam next and clicked on "Verify integrity of game cache" under the properties section.It said that one file was missing and that it will be obtained (something along those lines).
