    That's disapointing. I thought they were going for a "when it's done" standpoint, not a "they want it now, its here now" attitude. I'd rather have a finished game, vehicles and all, rather than something missing one of the things that set DayZ apart from other zombie games.

    It's depends. If they're in an area where they will find a weapon, and can pose a threat to me (Stary Sabor, some farms, firestation, airfields) I might shoot. If they're armed, you can count on my shooting if I think I have a chance at getting you.

    Frankie is a bit of a dick. Wont go into a ranting slur-fest, but I will say that he banned me and several others for suggesting that he could be hacking. The "bambi" phrase gets old pretty fast, not to mention it's awfully patronizing in the context that Frankie and most players use it.

    The DayZ community is a an interesting creature. The game wouldn't be the same without KOS bandits, but it would be equally flawed if we didn't have people feeling all special for having a hero skin. Don't complain about KOS, don't complain about heroes. Accept this game's equilibrium.

    As someone who is an owner of a refurbished little brother, I find it best to stop using them as excuses for things that are your own fault. Most little brothers are stupid and impulsive, but still have enough self control to respect property.

    You don't need a super computer to run a game. Yes, PC gaming costs money. Yes, not everyone has that much money. However, dicking on someone for having a good computer is a, well, dick move.

    Im hoping that they can successfully turn an old Military Simulator into a flawless zombies game. What I want to see is less of a focus on military weapons. I want to see more civilian/criminal weaponry. More pistols, more small smgs/machine pistols, hunting rifles, civilian version of Ak's and M4's like the AR15. Less DMRs, less AS50s and M107s. Make ammo rare for high end weapons, discourage south-coast DM + zombies, the list goes on.

    If you don't think that your post was trying to make people change what they're doing, I don't know why you posted something so patronizing to be titled ... "People are so scared of death and what it means in this game that they..." Grow up. This is a sandbox game. Play how you want. There is little discussion when all you are trying to impress onto others is that they are wrong and you are the only thruth.

    UAZ is a good average vehicle. Good offroad, good onroad, good capacity. GAZ is good too, if only for its road speeds and fuel tank.

    More zombie murdin weapons. As in, more melee weapons (along with a real melee system, not just close range bullets fired from a hatchet) and some really quiet .22 guns.

    M4A3 is a good all around weapon. Good range, good sights and a flashlight. Also can be silenced (for zombies, not for players) with SD mags. However, if you're looking for power, give the M14/Fn Fal a try, they go 8000 blood a pop.

    I haven't really been pushed far enough to have to kill for food, but I once shot a guy in the Elektro firestation who walked up. He was unarmed, but I had already shot him. I told him to bandage and leave, but he got eaten by the front door.
