Bloodpacks are THE ONLY thing that requires another persons assistance. But now that hunting and cooking is out steak apparently is a nice alternative to that now... It is asinine to have more reasons to kill than to cooperate in a survival game with other people. Our lives are always at stake. World doesn't revolve around people who are complaining about PKers. This is stupid. How come every time I browse suggestions there are always dozens of stupid, stupid ways to "stop pking". Get the fuck over it. It's not meant to hold your hand and the game isn't meant to be easy, or well as easy as players make it. We're here to cause chaos and break up regular survival gameplay. I would hope so. The fps I get is just ridiculously low.

you can't use the beta patch with the Steam overlay unless you use this: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=8241 Basically download and install that, set up the paths to the exe for both, do your parameters, etc. Then add the launcher itself as a non-steam game, overlay will work.

How about telling us how you told them to fix it for you? I made a big deal about it in this exact thread as soon as it happened and both of them PM'd me. Both rocket and Tonic fixed it for me :heart: now I can't play though because of such a low fps! Care to tell me HOW you did that? pretty please? Read back many pages. Sooo.. we gotta scream and shout and thus risk getting banned in order for them to help with this? Cause I NEVER got the dialogue appearing when I joined a server. It's possible then that it bugged out the first time you connected or maybe you just weren't able to connect but technically still got into the game [waiting for server response like me]

I'm getting less than 10. Before if I overclocked my gpu it went over 30, now it's closer to 3 fps.

Spawn selection is an idiotic thing. Everyone will spawncamp/spawn in one place.

The line of sight idea is needed for sure. Though I remember reading a fictional book where the zombies DO NOT stop hunting their prey once they hear or see them.

This is a stupid idea. That wouldn't protect the tent from a knife and is completely unrealistic
